participated in combat missions while serving in the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal
Protective Service of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Defense of the
Russian Federation, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian
Federation subdivisions. One of the key tasks is not the solution of the problem but rather its timely
prevention and control; not only provision of physical protection but also
creation of a comprehensive security system that includes physical security, technical
