The security officers pass multilateral testing, series of interviews and checks. After entrance examinations, the trainees are admitted into the educational divisions where they master the fundamentals of their professions. Within this time, we organise the receipt of licences of security guards by them. Those successfully trained, could be allowed to work on our clients' objects.
- Carrying out of professional testing for various categories of employees
- Preparation of groups of private and office protection, employees of encashment service
- Carrying out of situational studies;
- Modelling of actions in extreme situations.
- Organizing training courses on physical, special tactical and fire preparation.
The program includes the following training disciplines:
- Legal preparation: studying of state-legal acts, laws and other normative documentation that regulate the activity of the private security guard.
- Tactical-special preparation of training of practical actions in daily service and in extreme situations.
- Fire preparation: the study of the service weapon and special means, training on the practical firing skills.
- Technical training: the study of the means of security-fire alarm system, access and communication control.
- Psychological preparation: the study of the psychological bases of security activities, development of morally psychological and fighting qualities in security guards.
- Medical preparation: the study and practicing of practical skills on rendering first medical aid to a victim.
- Physical preparation and study of methods of hand-to-hand fighting.
Besides, programs on a special course "preparation of bodyguards" were developed at the Educative-methodical centre: technique and action tactics at carrying out activities for the maintenance of safety of the corporate body, special preparation concerning operating-technical survey, provision of security for information, professional ethics, professional psychology, interaction with law enforcement agencies, practical shooting in extreme conditions.
